Harlan Partners II, L.P. and Legend Capital Group, L.P. These
partnerships, together with our three Australian funds, have represented
committed capital in excess of $3.2 billion and their limited
partners have included many of the nation's largest pension funds, college
endowments, insurance companies, banks, and wealthy families. In
